Let's talk

What I do

The foundations that decide how products behave, scale and evolve.

From architecture and design systems to the way teams and AI work around them — five ways I help organisations build on solid ground.

  • 01

    Design Systems

Turn scattered patterns into one shared source of truth: tokens, components and the governance that keeps them from drifting apart.Strategy & roadmapTokens & componentsDocumentationGovernance & adoptionView service →
  • 02

    Product Architecture

The information architecture, domain boundaries and journeys that keep a product legible as it grows, so a new feature has an obvious place to live, not just a place that fits.Domain mappingInformation architectureJourney mappingArchitecture principlesView service →
  • 03

    AI-Enabled Design Operations

Put AI to work inside real design and product workflows, with clear boundaries for what it can decide alone, and what still needs a person's judgement.Workflow automationAI interaction patternsHuman-in-the-loop designQuality assuranceView service →
  • 04

    Governance & Scale

Clear ownership, standards and a process for exceptions, so a system stays trustworthy as more teams start depending on it, not just at launch.Operating modelOwnership mappingContribution workflowsAdoption measurementView service →

    Collaboration & Alignment

The shared vocabulary and decision frameworks that stop design, engineering and product from re-litigating the same call in three different meetings.Stakeholder alignmentDecision frameworksWorking sessionsTeam ritualsView service →

selected impact

Foundations in practice.

A few examples of how stronger systems create better products and healthier teams.

Product Architecture / 01

Making a complex candidate journey explain itself

A ground-up rebuild of the candidate screening experience, separating the constraints we had to respect from the legacy behaviours we no longer needed to inherit.

Design Systems / 02

Turning a design system constraint into a shared way of working

ReVolve started with a practical delivery problem: teams were solving the same interface challenges independently, without an owner, roadmap or dedicated engineering capacity. I turned that constraint into a problem-solving strategy that connected real product work to reusable patterns, clearer decisions and adoption across teams.

Product Architecture / 03

Turning legacy complexity into a system teams could move forward with

I helped modernise a fragmented legacy product by clarifying its core patterns, introducing reusable design-system foundations, and creating a more consistent way for teams to make and scale product decisions.

Governance & Scale / 04

Designing the evidence AI needs to improve

I designed a human-in-the-loop audit platform that helped subject matter experts resolve disagreements between researchers and an AI agent—while capturing the reasoning behind every decision.

Collaboration & Alignment

What am I actually fixing?

It's easy to get caught up in designing solutions before fully understanding the problem. I've been developing a framework for ConScept to help avoid unnecessary work, overlooked assumptions and overcomplicated solutions by asking better questions before making decisions.

Collaboration & Alignment

The Age of Artificial Confidence

AI has made it easier than ever to build things, learn new disciplines and speak the language of expertise. But being able to produce convincing work doesn't always mean we understand its implications. As the boundaries between disciplines become smaller, how do we make sure our confidence grows alongside our judgement, rather than ahead of it?

Collaboration & Alignment

When experience makes us faster, how do we slow down without losing momentum?

Experience helps us recognise problems and solutions faster. But speed can also make us confident in the answer before we’ve confirmed we’re solving the right problem.
